Munchees - East Ayrshire

Hello, I used to order food from this restaurant 2-3 times a week, but I always find that when I receive my delivery, my food is grated on the floor. I am hesitant to order from here again because of this issue. While the delivery driver is quick when it comes to payment, I always have to pick my food up from the floor. Despite the food being good, the poor customer service from one of the delivery drivers has caused me to stop ordering from this restaurant. One of the drivers is great, but the other driver with a bald head is the reason I will not be ordering from here again. Until they find a new driver, they have lost a loyal customer. This is my third time ordering from this restaurant, and once again, the food was excellent. The curry was delicious, packed with plenty of meat, and the naan bread was great. To top it off, my order arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected.

The dining experience is consistently fantastic with prompt service and dishes cooked perfectly every time.

Pizzas amazing had a bbq chicken kebab fresh and lots of it...highly recommend

Always a good meal from Munchees. Best takeaway in the town.
