Subway - East Alton

The sales girl there Trinity was so sweet and so nice and polite that she was just wonderful, she deserves a godfather on her back for her good hard work she does. She is a fortune for the company and deserves recognition. You can't find any good help these days.

I had the Teriyaki sandwich, and it was good. Unlike other Subway locations where they mix the teriyaki sauce with the chicken right in front of you, this place doesn’t do that. Regardless, I still enjoyed the sandwich.

The food was tasty, and the staff were required to wear hats. One of the workers was really polite, although I didn't catch her name since she wasn't wearing a name tag.

This Subway location has a fantastic staff and a welcoming atmosphere. The shop has a positive vibe, and I always feel greeted and not rushed. Out of all the local Subways, this one truly makes my family feel welcome. Whether you visit during the day or at night when it's busy, you’ll receive service that feels like what you would expect from a restaurant. And the meatballs are absolutely amazing!

First impression, April in uniform out in front smoking. She did wash her hands quickly before coming back to help Alex make sandwiches. Customer ahead of me very demanding and she handled it calmly. There is a sign posted about them not participating in $5 second sandwich promo. My sandwich was delicious and made correctly. It took longer than I expected because of customer ahead of me. I just don't like to see my food handled by someone that smokes. Plus, I wish they would actually take the time to wash their hands properly.
