I absolutely love this place and everyone who works here! It's the best, no contest!

As always, the coffee here is excellent. I always order the vanilla sweet cream cold brew.

Finally, two teenage girls came out, giggling and acting silly. They took my order but seemed easily distracted, often turning to check what their friend had ordered. After placing my order, I ended up waiting over 15 minutes just for two drinks. The server, Heidi, wasn’t very friendly; when she handed me my drinks, one was incorrect. I mentioned that I had only ordered one drink, and she snapped back and prepared the other one. Overall, I’ve never experienced such a long wait at a drive-thru, nor have I encountered such poor customer service. I think from now on, I’ll be sticking to Powdersville, where the service is always friendly and fast.

Tonight I went to the store and ordered a frappuccino venti size with two dishes espresso. the drink had no carmel in it. the drink was not mixed properly because he had a cube in it. it tasted like the two dishes espresso and ice. that even eaten. I'm a more common customer I mean, the day shift knows me with names. but today's layer was terrible.

Tyler at the drive thru is extremely professional. He has a lot of patience and is kind to customers. Just the perfect example of GREAT service!
