The past two times we’ve came here they have put regular milk and we have both gotten really sick. Imagine what would happen if somebody with a deadly milk allergy had gotten regular milk and had their requests ignored. this staff has no consideration for customers!
Small but counted were it matters good doughnuts and darkroast coffee.
Lady said to wait a minute before ordering at drive thru. She then forgot anyone was in the drive thru, then gave a bad attitude at the window.Took 20 minutes to get a hot chocolate with 1 car in front of me.

If I could give 0 I would. since coming to this store I have had nothing but horrible food. they run out of simple things like butter. now today I had the worst worst cuatomer service experience of my life with the drive thru girl whom decided she can't hear me and yells at me thru the speaker to have a nice day refusing to take my order. I order bagel and coffee rhat is it. instead of asking me to drive around she decides to refuse service. I'm beyond angry at being treated this way. if you don't like your job quit you don't have the right to yell at people for no reason and refuse service because you didn't hear the order. unreal I have been so disappointed in the South Carolina Dunkin' Donuts in this area and powdersville. I have to drive over 5 miles to get to the two closest Dunkin's in my area. the manager and girlworking today should be fired to be allowed to think they can treat people like this. I have never in 50 years of my life had the worst experience with Dunkin today. A phone call from a district manager isn't enough to absolve this kind of behavior from these employees
