Bojangles - Easley

Nice people, good food, not so nice atmosphere. Dirty trays and tables.

This bojangles is beginning to slack in many areas, customer service, always running out of something and lack of knowledge is hurting this location. They are trying at this location. Just need better direction from management.

Biscuit maker was Mad this morning. I ordered a Bo Berry biscuit and it was had as a rock and burnt. I requested another one that was cooked better. I was ask to pull forward and they would bring it out. We'll, I think they just put another o one from the same batch in a container and brought it to me. It was the same way. Had to throw both orders away. They were so hard that you couldn't even bite them.

Steak biscuit with lettuce tomato and mayo.add salt and pepper. Wonderful !

I want to start by saying we love Bojangles. We moved her a couple months ago and have tried to pick up dinner (6pm). Both times the place is empty and we got the same story. They were out of CHICKEN and needed to cook more and we could wait 20 minutes.Very disappointing that a food establishment isn't prepared for dinner.This happened today. Needless to say we went down the road to KFC. They were prepared.
