Cafe Florentine - Ealing

The restaurant manager is extremely terrible with the staff, but puts on a fake nice attitude towards customers to mask it. It's not a positive business to support and people need to realize this. Witnessed the manager "Grish" verbally mistreating his young female staff over minor issues and normal human mistakes. It's shocking that he still has employees working for him. I would never go back or suggest this place to anyone.

Great to be back every-time here! The owner, amazing and friendly like always! Nice to be here, great to eat! Strongly recommended if you past by! Enjoy the place, locals and food! Leave outside the doors the problems and have a lovely day! The drinks coming in few seconds and the food less than 5 minutes… what is great! 10 minutes later the plates was empty!

While driving back from a local property visit, I passed by this restaurant and decided to turn around when I saw they offered 30 minutes of free parking outside. I only stopped in for coffee and cake this time, but I must say the service was very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this place and will definitely try some items from their menu on my next visit.

I would not recommend going to this cafe as there were ants present and the manager was very disrespectful towards the staff, creating a negative environment. I felt sorry for the employees who were being mistreated for minor issues. Despite the large portions of food, the overall experience was not pleasant due to the poor treatment of the staff.
