Jimmy's Sushi - Eagle River

So delicious! I’ve lived in eagle river for a year and have just now gone here. It is delicious! One of the best restaurants in this area! Absolutely wonderful dumplings and sushi. We will definitely be back!

Not very flavorful. Not talking about bathing the food in sauces. Maybe more authentic Chinese than I'm used to? In any case I tasted more of the carbon from the stove than I did flavor from the meal. Order was messed up. Maybe they will improve.

Great sake selection and the sushi boats are definitely worth the money. This was the love boat and it had more than enough to cover the cost. Nice thick pieces of sashimi and no real filler ingredients.

My boyfriend and I come here all the time. The service is amazing and the food is terrific. This is easily my favorite restaurant in Alaska.

Stopped here with a cousin on a trip up to Talkeetna, and the food was great! I had never had ramen or sushi before, so I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and an Alaska Roll and loved both. The portions were large, and the food itself tasted very fresh. The soft boiled egg in particular was perfectly cooked and was absolutely delicious in my ramen.
