Carl's Jr. - Eagle River

I've ate my first burger from Carl's Jr back in 1999 and I've loved them since, good food, interesting commercials, fills you up pretty good, inflation hasn't effected the prices too bad, so it's worth it

"A great group of young men and women are making their mark here. The management has successfully trained some new staff, and they did a wonderful job. The food was fresh and tasty, and I appreciate that they take the time to prepare it properly. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and am glad I chose to dine here."

I observed that when customers came to pick up their food, they seemed to bring it inside without any precautions. This was after the manager suggested I just go to the hospital if someone was feeling unwell. Just so you know, this picture was taken a few hours after my family started feeling sick.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I've never seen so many employees just standing around and leaving their stations. After waiting nearly an hour in line to pay for my food, it only took about 7-10 minutes to actually receive it, but that wasn't the least of my issues. The staff repeatedly asked if I wanted to see the dessert menu, even though I made it clear at least six times when I was ordering that I wasn't interested. They also asked me again at the window. If I had said I was unsure, I would have ended up with only half a milkshake because they would have filled it with just whipped cream. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service.

The food is good, but the car thru took an hour to wait before I had to order. I saw about 5 to 7 cars drive away because they had to wait tired. the same number of waiting can be expected within. I still stayed because I like the burgers, but prepare them, geduld and wait half!
