Smashburger - Eagan

Following my previous review where I criticized the Knollwood Smashburger, I felt it was important to provide a more positive perspective on a different dining experience.

We walked in feeling a bit down after a rough day. Just five minutes of chatting with Terry at the counter and taking a bite of food completely turned our mood around.

If you're a burger enthusiast, this spot is a must-visit! However, I should warn you that the burgers are quite indulgent and rich, so don’t expect anything on the healthier side.

Overall, I had a great experience at Smashburger in Eagan during my two visits. It's a solid spot for a really good burger. The menu offers a wide variety of options, but my favorite is the 1/3 Pounder topped with BBQ sauce, onions, and jalapeños. The Smashfries and Sweet Potato Smashfries are also unique and worth a try. Regular fries are good too. The service was friendly and quick. I would definitely return!
