Oryza Poke Ramen - Eagan

I’ve been looking for a more traditional Japanese ramen restaurant in the suburbs here in Minnesota but a majority of the Japanese restaurants I’ve been to in the past have the typical menu. Finally there is a authentic style Japanese restaurant that caters more to Ramen as well as they have amazing poke dishes, and some unique appetizers. I had their Blaze Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen with some amazing pork, shrimp, and vegetables. The broth was very flavorful and all the ingredients were fresh. Not to mention the atmosphere and hospitality of the people who own the restaurant was very professional and inviting with ambient decor. If you get a chance and are craving some more Traditional Japanese Ramen dishes in Eagan, Minnesota than I strongly suggest you try Orzya Poke and Ramen. You won’t be disappointed!

The steamed rolls are excellent, a great part for the price, the bungalow itself is well cooked and both the rolls and schnapps are amazing. the rarms are well presented and tastes great! the broth is probably the best part as it should be, but everything else is well cooked, the boiling in her mouth. the staff was very friendly and the time to wait for our eating was right. for more!

We went for the first time today. the menu is great. Eating was fresh and hot and exactly what we ordered. the ingwer dressing was really delicious. the simple ahi in the poke bowl was fresh and tasted amazing. the portions are very generous. the server was very attentive and sweet. we will definitely come back.

Ramen was good. I wish the broth was hotter. we have to eat right away. Why do we have to microwave them? doesn't make sense. I have the dragon bowl, taste was good. similar to hawaii poke shell. knödel were good. shumai was a little smart, a total of 4 stars.

To say this place is amazingly an understatement. super clean environment, helpful and friendly staff, phenomenal dishes. this is a gem of a restaurant and I look forward to many more visits:
