Mcdonald's - Eagan

The experience was terrible. Despite saying thank you, I didn't receive any response. The food was not hot and my burrito was opened, making it impossible for me to eat.

This morning, we decided to give this location another chance for breakfast. Once again, our order was incorrect. We ordered an apple pie, a small mocha with extra sugar, a large frappe with no whip and extra mocha drizzle, and a sausage and cheese McGriddle. We paid for everything and when we reached the second window, we had to ask for the extra sugar that was missing from the mocha. Furthermore, the frappe did not have the extra mocha drizzle, despite my repeated requests for it. We were asked to move and park while waiting for the correct order, causing us to be late for work and childcare. The service at this McDonalds is incredibly disappointing, and some of the employees are very rude. I have encountered few helpful staff members and have not seen them recently. This experience was absurd and frustrating.

Something is always messed with our order when we go to this place. We went back today to get the right food and received the wrong order a second time! In addition, we are rarely welcomed or thanked for our business. Customer service goes far, but this McDonald's location is missing.

Went a few times this week and spent a minimum of 10 minutes waiting with just 3 cars in front of me. Very slow position.

I love to be here en the morning for coffee and breakfast, so good
