I ordered my food for 430 clock pick-up and when I showed up the doors were locked and the manager was rolling her eyes and laughing when we were standing in front of the door, waiting for an answer to where the food we paid was. no answer to the phones. at this point they only have to close this point, as they apparently never have personal. will never order from this place again. bad customer service I've ever experienced.
Tried calling to find out if dining in was available was greeted by an extremely limited computer prompt that provided zero help. Unfortunately since they don't even answer their phone I won't be able to patronize Chipotle (again) as I am unable to acquire this extremely simple information. The computer kept asking me what she could get for me and I kept telling her a human being would be great but she just wouldn't cooperate.
Worst Chipotle ever. They will insist you?ve paid when you didn?t, send you home with an ENTIRE wrong order. Not even close. Order burritos and you?ll get bowls for the whole order. Not even close to the amount paid. They run out of tomatoes, lettuce, tortillas and employees. It?s a ish show. Go elsewhere or be disappointed. Just close permanently.
On Saturday it was 5 o'clock. sign them open until 10 o'clock. the door was closed and the workers were clean. a minute at the door knocked and the workers continued their cleaning. no notice on any kind of doors. I went to qdoba. on the way back, the employees are out on their laptops. Maybe a training, maybe something else. perhaps the worst communication and the customer service of any chipotle I had. I always came here and it was great, not sure what happened.
Order online for a 3:10 clock pickup. my money was taken from my account for the purchase. at the arrival there were staff who pampered themselves inside and still cook, but the doors were locked. I had to knock on the door until someone finally replied that they were closed. I asked why the order was accepted when they were closed. I asked the person if she understood what theft is and her answer was ?look, we can?t reject orders from the app, so we just need to find out the people that they need to call for a refund. our manager won it? I had to chat with the remote supervisor to hand over to someone to get my money back. chipotle, you are really slippery. this place was once fantastic. my suggestion is to end all including the manager in this place as they seem to be part of the problems. I also suggest that they pay people a rewardable reward so that they are reliable that actually want to work for them. I'm not back to this place.
