Casper's - Eagan

I have been searching for a new spot for onion rings ever since Burger Jones closed during the pandemic. (RIP Casper's is a fantastic replacement! The onion rings are crunchy, flavorful, and as large as the appetizer plates they are served on. I will definitely be returning just for the onion rings. My group of three all ordered the same entree for dinner, so I can't comment on the variety of the menu, but the Firehouse burger and fries were all delicious. The BBQ sauce had a robust flavor and the burgers were cooked to perfection. I am very particular about good service, and I was a bit hesitant when walking in. Despite it being late, the restaurant was pleasantly busy (for a Monday night) with just two bartenders running the show. However, we received our drinks and refills promptly, our food arrived quickly, and I had zero complaints! I have driven by this place numerous times and I am so happy we finally decided to stop in!

I recently had one of the best dining experiences at this restaurant. Our server, Teresa, was incredibly friendly and warm. I enjoyed the bone-in ribeye, which was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience and I can't wait to go back!
