Agave Jalisco Staples St.

Jalisco is just one of the restaurants that make you glad. Great food, great service, and amazing prices. Sometimes I'm just blown away at how good this place is with prices as low as they are. It just goes to show that a restaurant does not have togouge it's customers to offer good food and service. I don't know how they do it, but what what ever their secret is, I wish alot of other restaurants would learn from them.

Our motto ..If the refried beans are good, then its a big plus. These beans were almost white. Possibly adding too much flour which increases the volume, decreases the taste. Waitresses were nice.

We stopped in at Agave for breakfast while vacationing in Corpus. I was a little apprehensive at first because not many customer cars in the parking lot. But we went in anyway. Our waitress came over and told our orders and brought us our coffee. It was agreat cup of coffee! Our menudo was very good. We kept the menu during our breakfast to read their lunch and dinner. They have agreat full Mexican and seafood lunch and dinner. The restaurant was very clean and looks new. They're easily found on StaplesSt. off Hwy 358. I recommend! Enjoy;

The food was ok, not sure if i will go back. What ruined it for me was Karaoke, 2 guys were taking turns singing. Loudly. And they had the sound way too high. I literally packed napkin pieces into my ears.

Great food and one of the few places not overcharging. Only thing I've had that I didn't care for was an iced tea the had the sugar add when it was cold. So it was grainy. but that was only once.
