Five Guys - E Lincoln Hwy, New Lenox

I placed an order for pickup at least 45 minutes in advance. Went into the store and had to wait for other people to place their order and wait for other people to get their food and they still were not done with my fries since they had given it to two other people that were in line in front of me even though I placed an order at least 45 minutes in advance. The food was great, but what's the point of ordering at advance if you still have to wait over 20 minutes?

Parking: These employees were so friendly it made my day.

Horrible customer service. After placing order tried to pay with card and the machine was not working even after several attempts and restarting system. Order was ready and was told by the manager cash only which I did not have. Manager was very rude and said again cash only. Had to walk out empty handed and will never go to that location again.

Very clean restaurant! The food was cooked right after I ordered and was very fresh. I ordered a small cajun cry and it almost filled half the bag (definitely not a bad thing! . Burger was cooked with the toppings I asked for. Great and friendly workers. 11/10 experience at this Five Guys location!

As good as advertised. Always consistent quality and taste. Fries are simple yet incredibly delicious. BURGER IS UNMATCHED TO ANYTHING OUT
