Culver’s - E Lincoln Hwy, New Lenox

Time to be honest. I'm soooo sick of the drive thru telling you to pull up when there is no one behind you so I stopped pulling up all I ordered was a concrete mixer. The food in the concrete mixer absolutely tasted stale. The chocolate peanut butter cups sucked and I threw it out.

I have only 30 min lunch break, so ordered online and came in at the posted time, only to wait 15 more minutes to get an incorrect order… (missing number of items), staff was generally not helpful but not unpleasant. Blank dumb stare everywhere. And then a15 more min wait for a refund. Which I’m told I will get back some days later. So No lunch today for me or the coworker I order for. Thanks Culver’s.

Yet again they got the order incorrect and they food was very poorly prepared. When getting the food the young man basically threw the food in the car and didn’t say a word. Get home to find half of the order missing. First time I’ve ever put a bad review up in my life. But consumers beware this location is NOT GOOD. Other Culver’s locations are fine just not this one.

We had dinner last night at Culvers in NL and we were treated BADLY. When I asked the lady at the counter to leave the butter off the burger she said its a butter burger and comes with butter on it ...I told to please not put the butter on the bun and she reluctantly complied. I had a coupon for a buy one two scoop sundae and get one free and she said they charge for each topping. I told here a sundae is ice cream with a topping but she said that is not the definition that they use and they charge for each topping. While I was discussing this with her other employees thought it was funny smirking in the background! I spoke with the Manager, Scott about the treatment we received he apologized but said that two scoops of ice cream is considered a sundae and they charge for toppings. Based on the TERRIBLE service we will never go this Culvers again! I called other Culver and each of them said they would honor the coupon for the sundae with the toppings...In fact they were all were surprised by the treatment we received from the Culvers In New Lenox, IL! When I called Corporate I spoke with Helen and she I was lucky they took my coupon! If this is how Culvers treats customers they are not going stay in business very long!
