G.H.E.T.T.O ! Drive-through ordered my food. I asked the lady again just to make sure my order is correct. She starts giving me attitude. I then proceeded to go to the window. The lady just gives me attitude about not knowing how to use Apple Pay. The manager tells her to have patience, then they both are giving me attitude because I didn’t have the shrimps coupon ready smhh anddddddd 99% ice 1% sprite

Asheley was one of the friendliest nicest people I ever met and provided great service

Food amazing as always. Cashier was very nice. The woman working the middle putting the food on trays and bagging take out orders was extremely rude and condescending. Even yelled at people.

After a long day's work I went and ordered me and my friend something to eat I drive all the way home and mind you this is my first time ever going to Zaxby's so I have to keep it real The Experience kind of sucks because I got home maybe 15 minutes before they close to open my order and it was the wrong sandwich it wasn't what I ordered..so rushed back to try and get their before they close very inconvenient I must say .. when I did get there it was literally like 8 minutes before they closed thank God the manager came out and she made my experience better by making my food correctly apologizing and had a great personality so do to her energy I'll be back I just I'm going to check my bag before I leave next time
