Bandito Barney's Beach Club

This place had gone downhill over the years. It used to be my favorite bar. Recent experiences have yielded very poor service. Probably will not return, at least for a very long time.

The food was good and the beer was cold. There was only one waitress near the main bar area. She seemed new and was not very attentive to our group of 8. We had to search her out several times.

I ordered the Nashville hot chicken here. And it was really tender and had a really good kick. Definitely will come back again.

Lunch had the BBQ beef sandwich. More than generous portions served with sauce on the side on a warm bun. Unfortunately the bun was brushed with I believe, butter. The butter made eating the sandwich a three napkin mess from the need to wipe your hand after each touch of the bun. The meat was tender and stacked high. The mess and lack of any sort of wetnap cost them the fith star. Service was better than average she was attentive but not bothersome.
