The food was good. Burgers cheese cures chicken strips. Reliable prices. Really cool environment. It's been since 1880.

Great food! The bar has lots of interesting history behind it. The staff is wonderful.

If you’re visiting Dyersville, don’t miss this wonderful restaurant. Their buffet is down home, just like mom’s cooking. Of course, the waitresses are Iowa nice! Such a beautiful setting to enjoy a great meal with your friends and family.

The atmosphere was quite loud, but the service and food were good. Cheese Bob was a bit inappropriate with his comments, which felt uncomfortable; perhaps they should consider cutting him off when he approaches tables with such remarks. If a younger man had said those things, it might have led to a call to the police. Despite that, I would return, though next time I’d prefer to sit outside.
