Chocolatier Cuvelier - Dworp

Cuvelier's chocolate pralines stole the show at the vegan event "Veganworld A New Lifestyle" in Hasselt. I was delighted to try their selection of vegan tarts and was immediately convinced to purchase a box of their delicious vegan pralines. Their products are all 100% plant-based, with two varieties of black couverture chocolate and a vegan-certified milk chocolate made from plants. The cacao chocolate has a rich flavor with hints of roasted almonds. Their recipes replace butter with coconut oil and traditional milk and cream with organic soy milk. They also avoid using colors containing titanium dioxide (E171), which has been banned in France due to its suspected carcinogenic effects. This updated review is based on my experience in 2024.
