Bogey and the Blonde - Durham

I have visited this restaurant multiple times, and while their wings are indeed delicious, getting served can be quite challenging. On more than one occasion, I have either been ignored or promised immediate service, only to be ignored again. Even when we did receive service, it was slow. It seems like they are understaffed, especially during their peak season. Despite their great wings and nachos, the wait and frustration are not worth it. I would like to return, but the service issues make it difficult.

I was apprehensive about trying this place at first but I am glad that I did. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It wasn't dim like lots of places. Nice and bright. Tv screens were of good quality and lange and easy to see if you wanted to watch a game there. They do not seem to have much beer on tap but you can get it in bottles of course. Wings were good too. Not the biggest or the best, imo, but they were good. We will be coming back here for more. You should head over for a visit too. The pictures online don't do it justice.

We went on a guided snowmobiling tour in the afternoon and then stayed for lunch and a drink. It was a fantastic way to end a fun winter day. The menu had a lot of options and there were several specials available throughout the week.

The menu is pretty standard fair, but there is one standout. They do wings right! The wings are BIG and nicely cooked through. They do a variety of flavours, and when they say HOT they mean it! Thursdays are wing night but for the cheaper cost you have to order your sides separately)

I visited the Bogey and the Blonde after a golf tournament at the Homestead. They had a variety of wing options, and I decided to try the fire ice wings. They were delicious and had just the right amount of spice.
