Zaxby's - Durham

They were out of coke. Dr. Pepper. Root beer. And multiple other options. Literally more than half the options were unavailable. The chicken fingers were literally the size of my thumb as well. The smallest portions I have ever seen at any zaxxbys. If I had been there and ordered in person Id have asked for a manager and a full refund.

I requested extra fries instead of coleslaw, but I only received a small handful of fries, which were cold and hard. I was quite disappointed. The chicken was just okay.

I noticed that one chicken finger was missing from the six-finger chicken plate. Additionally, there were some spilled drinks.

Awful experience! I specifically requested ranch sauce, but there was none included. I received the tiniest chicken tenders I've ever seen—just three of them! The entire order was a mess; as soon as I opened it, my wings were just tossed in, causing sauce to spill all over the fries and toast. To top it off, the portion of fries was really small. For nearly $18, I expected much more. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone; I've lost my business for good!
