He does it well. Food is prepared to perfection directly in front of you. Everything is fresh. He has more than enough options he could probably slim the menu down if he wanted. But is terrific that he has vegan/vegetarian options. The Burgers are valued snapshots of Americana, The veggie sandwich is great and its substantial. Best Italian sub I’ve ever had. The bread was incredible, the meat isn’t just your average Italian cooked salami and ham, it’s got prosciutto, mortadella and everything else a great Italian requires. I’ve gotten one loaded like on the menu, and I got one practically bare, just to see how good it all around was. I can say hands down this is the best. You can’t beat the hole-in-the-wall vibe too, especially with a such a friendly owner. From Quality ingredients to Fast and Friendly service, it really doesn’t get better than Franz’s.

If Franz was open with any level of consistency, posted their real hours of operation anywhere online, or if they were open just one of the past 10 times I've tried to put in an order, rating would be 5 stars. Every call in or drop by visit, the store is closed for some reason or another. When they're open, the place is on point, straight fire. But the amount of times they've been closed for every excuse in the book is absurd. I'll keep trying to put in orders, but not counting on the place being open for another 6 months of attempts to get a breakfast wrap.
