Favor Desserts - Durham

I was looking for a bakery shop to order a strawberry crunch cake for my birthday next year and I found this shop. The lady at the counter was very nice, but they did not have the strawberry crunch cake slice for me try, so I tried red velvet and red velvet cake mixed with strawberry. The cakes weren?t what I was expecting. Something was missing. The red velvet cake was dry and there was way too much frosting on the strawberry and red velvet cake. The cakes weren?t moist

One of the few places I can get authentic Red Velvet Cake outside the house. I learned how to make it from my stepgrandma from Alabama. This is the closest I?ve had to hers outside of my own. Other desserts are divine too like the strawberry and pound cakes. Serving size is very respectful ????????

JUST indulged in the most delicious strawberry cupcake with Philadelphia cream cheese icing. Man, it was dreamy! Favor desserts also makes the best lemon treats! Just yumminess!

Very clean business. Plenty of parking is available. Nice eating area. BUT LET?S GET TO THE BEST PART? the desserts!!! Oh my goodness, 1 of them didn?t make it home. I had to eat it in the car. Too many good ones to have a favorite. Lol. Very moist and delicious. I?m going back soon.

Seriously the best piece of Neapolitan cake I?ve ever had. And I?m not even a huge icing fan but it was phenomenal and not too sweet.. A man, one of the employees even engaged in good old-fashioned conversation that he didn?t have to while standing out in the southern heat.. it helps to say my baby is cute too!! Thank you for a seriously needed treat on a hot day. And the cake with cold, just the way I like it!!
