Firehouse Subs W. Main St. - Durant

This Firehouse location never disappoints- the crew is friendly, quick, and efficient. The takeout service is always ready at the quoted time and everything is in the bag!

Every time I go in the store Trinity is super sweet she always make sure that everything is done right and is very respectful she?s great!

I think they had been very busy for lunch. We arrived after the rush. They seemed a little disorganized. They brought out my order and gave it to my coworker. When we saw it was mine, the employee went back a couple of times. I believe they had given mycoworker's meal to another table. They came back about 10 minutes later with the right order for my coworker. The food was verygood.

I have firehouse subs on the top of my favorite sub shops. I have tried most of the subs at different firehouse subs and they are all up to some standard they set. This place did not disappoint. I admit it was the first firehouse I didn't get a loud welcome to firehouse but the service was good and the sandwich was very good.

I?ll start with the good. I always get the hook and ladder with no mustard. I love the sandwich! However, every single time I go in there, I might get a greeting from the staff. It?s usually a glare, like I?m wasting their time. Two visits ago, the meathead behind the counter seemed frustrated they were so busy (it was a Saturday . He literally looked up and told one of the crew that ?if they want their food they can f?n wait?. Super unprofessional every time I see him working. I get it, but EVERYONE is short staffed. I also always ask for an extra pickle spear (they?re so good! , and I never get it. Not a big deal, but idk, read the ticket? Prolly won?t be back until the customer service improves.
