Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Durant

Took more than a minute to be acknowledged by anyone in the ice cream line and then they said the frozen yogurt machine was down... translation: nobody filled it up with more gallons of froyo juice earlier in the day, and now it's empty and gonna take a long time to freeze the froyo if it ever gets poured in. Had to switch order from froyo to single scoops on cones. No big deal except that only one serving looked like a single. The other two cones were junior sized even though charged for singles. Some consistency would be nice.

I love Braum's! The food and staff are the best. However, the drive thru is horrible. I have contacted corporate three times about the stench that makes me recoil in disgust and they haven't addressed the situation yet. If they would only power wash the drive thru and do it on a regular basis, I wouldn't have to keep posting this complaint. If it's just my nose, I apologize.

Always the place to go for very good sugar free ice cream. Be sure and check it out and enjoy a very good meal while you there

Just love night shift not hating on day crew. Lol but night crew is very fast and prompt and curious. Is why they get my business every night after I get off work . Thanks night crew keep it up. ?

Always greeted with friendly people and always happy to help, food is pretty good most times. Definitely recommend!
