Contribuiți la feedbackIf the lobby is closed, it should not be an option to pick up in the lobby for online ordering. or there should be concrete instructions on how to pick up. there was no sign on the door or something. I had to call her and they said they'd bring it to me. So I'm standing in the hot sun waiting to bring them out. my vehicle is too big to go through the drive thru, so I depend on pickup or lobby order. the man was nice when he commanded me.
Just was bummed getting food here.. everyone looked as if life was sucked out of them.. the food reflected this when I ordered a couple of burgers... just not all great today ... maybe next time
Stopped in for a quick bite. Had to wait 20 minutes for order to be taken. When food received fries we’re cold and got wrong sandwich. Got sandwich replaced but didn’t want to wait any longer for hot fries. Worst food we’ve had at a Wendy’s. Seems lots of people have had bad experiences at this location….. maybe corporate office should look into why and correct asap.
Placed an online order and chose to pick up in store. lobby door was locked called several times with no answer. I had to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes i asked if the food was fresh she didn’t know and basically refused to remake my food. I understand places are short staffed but there shouldn’t be an option to pick up in store or at least answer the phones if Lobby is going to be locked. Terrible experience
The large guy that was working at drive through today 10/2/22 with an afternoon shift. Horrible. Extremely rude and bad attitude. He over filled the drinks. So when he quickly handed over the drinks they had spilt all over my front seat.
