Starbucks - Durango

Been in this store numerous times. The baristas are awesome! Especially Suzie, always happy and helpful!

Young female working the registered wasn't very professional at greeting me. She was just on her phone the entire time. Also, the three employees here are cussing at each other and store management for fun in front of employees. Wonder if this is acceptable behavior for Starbucks?

Are we spending lots of money every day at Starbucks? Seems like when they’re in a hurry they just make the drinks, however, feel like they come out different every day. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso, and they gave me an apple, shaken espresso or something with Apple. It was horrible. I was already too far to turn around. I was very disappointed.

Whoever is taking orders in the drive thru the morning of 10/19 is an absolute delight and deserves a raise. She is a customer service *STAR* and I love it. Made my morning.
