Cute little restaurant with outdoor dinning which was perfect for us out of town visitors. Pho was pricy and not as good as what you can get from LA or even Phoenix meat was over cooked; soup base was too oily; they dumped all the veggies in the soup it’s Ok with me but some people might prefer to pick what they want. Waiter was cute and very friendly.

We stopped here for lunch and were blown away. The service was the first outstanding part..excellent. The atmosphere was a small dining room full of happy people eating and conversing. But the best part was the food. OMG... the food!!! Natural, healthy, beautiful bowls and plates of delicious food, and lots of it. We loved Rice Monkeys.!! We WILL be going back. Service: Dine in
