Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

The food at Freddy's is always satisfying, but this particular location is a bit unorganized. The staff seemed unsure of what they were doing, as it took 20 minutes to prepare a simple dish. Even the manager appeared to be unfamiliar with how the register operates. The employees were friendly, but overall, the experience was lacking.

Avoid eating at this restaurant. Every time I visit, I am left feeling disappointed. The food is subpar and the staff is incompetent. When I asked for ketchup, they claimed it was already in the bag, but I had to return and wait in line to get it. The fries were cold and the hamburger was mediocre at best. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised by the very friendly staff, even though it was only about 15 minutes before closing time. The food was served hot and was absolutely delicious! The server recommended some dishes, like the roasted cheese curds, which turned out to be excellent. If I am ever in Durango again, I would definitely return to this restaurant.

It took 25 minutes until I got my order of ice and riding with only 2 cars in front of me. with 5 people working, they would think it would go a bit faster. is was quite melted when I got it. pretty ridiculous

It's almost impossible to get the correct order here. There is always something missing or incorrect. Sometimes you can catch it but sometimes you miss and end up with the completely wrong thing. Also sometimes it just doesn't taste up to even normal fast food standards. I have even gotten chicken tenders that weren't fully cooked. It also seems to take an incredibly long time between when you order and when you get your food. But the workers are friendly.
