The cashier was friendly and accomadating since we got there 20 minutes before close. Ben cooked our burgers and they were piping hot with excellent ceinkle fries. We would definitely go here again.
Big burger is right, awsome must visit place to eat here in durango. large selection of food, with staff who are quick and friendly. I can't wait to go back.
Burgers come in 2 sizes quarter and half pound, they were very good and overly seasoned. Fries were good and crispy. The wall art is also menu items which looked delicious especially there fish tacos, so maybe next time?
Met my expectations. The burger was big and good. The milkshake was excellent. There is decent variety on the menu and the prices aren't bad either. It's a great place for families and kids. There isn't much seating inside but it was worth the stop.
I was disappointed with my experience here. No menu upon walking in. I consulted the menu from their website to be able to order. The online menu is missing prices for quite a few things like sides. Are fries going to cost $2, $5, what? Who knows. While ordering, it was extremely confusing trying to figure out what the price of a burger and fries was versus if I got the combo which included a drink. I thought I ordered the combo but then it turned out I didn't. Then there was the 25+ minute wait time for my lunch. It wasn't very busy but there was only a single cook. That could be overlooked if the food was awesome, but the chili cheese burger seemed to be missing the chili. I could only see and taste the beans, really. It wasn't smothered with a heap of chili like I was expecting. Is this a normal chili cheese burger there or did I get a lemon? Not sure. I'd heard really good things about this place from a friend, so my experience might be an outlier. Overheard that they've recently reopened and maybe that's part of why they didn't have menus or know the difference in price for a combo. Maybe my friend had been there before they reopened? Did the owners change? Regardless, the long wait for meh food means I don't feel compelled to go back.
