Pizza Factory - DUNSMUIR

This might be the only restaurant in town, but I’m definitely a loyal customer for life. They support local high school students, handle large orders with ease, and provide excellent service. I'm always happy to do business with them.

When we arrived, they had our order, but it seemed they had forgotten about it. They made the first pizza relatively quickly (a four-slice pizza), but then they completely overlooked our other order, which was a six-slice pizza! We ended up waiting around 40 minutes just to receive a small pizza. Overall, this was a terrible experience, compounded by the rude staff. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

I initially thought there wouldn't be many options for vegetarians, but we ended up enjoying some delicious pizzas and even customized a few. They were flavorful! The kids had a fantastic time discovering the game zone upstairs. The location is great as well. If you're visiting Mt. Shasta, I highly recommend stopping by for lunch – I'm sure dinner would be wonderful too!

I was there in Dunsmuir for the big snowstorm and had a great pizza and salad.

The place is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. There's an arcade up stairs as are the clean restrooms. We had a great time. The food arrived hot and fresh.
