Burger King - Dunnigan

We encountered a problem with the order kiosk and asked for help. The server was very helpful and friendly. However, the food was a different matter. The regular cheeseburger was quite small and, when unwrapped, it was flattened in the wrapper—definitely not appealing. The chicken sandwich was also disappointing; it was overcooked and only half the size of the bun. Overall, it wasn't our most enjoyable meal, and we don't plan to visit Burger King again.

The food is fantastic, but unfortunately, the drive-thru staff were in a terrible mood today. Their attitude was quite disappointing. It felt like neither of them wanted to be there. The management really needs to step in, perhaps by sending an area manager, so they can understand what I’m talking about. Every word we spoke seemed to irritate them. There was no greeting, no “Hi, good morning, how can I help you?” or even a “Have a good day.” Absolutely nothing! We approached the speaker excited to start our order, but we quickly felt let down by their negative demeanor. I also noticed there's no indication of who was responsible for this poor service.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was rude and consistently got my order wrong. I specifically requested no cheese, yet they completely ignored my request. This isn't a complicated order, so I don't understand how they could mess it up. Honestly, Burger King has not impressed me overall. Each time we choose to eat there, which is usually once or twice a year, something goes wrong—like the time I received raw chicken. I would recommend not wasting your time or money here. The employees probably make around $10 an hour, which might explain the lack of care. Do yourself a favor and head to the Wendy's at Pilot instead; it's a much better option!

This place opens at 6am. I went in at 7 AM the fryers weren't even on. They waited for me to order my food. Waited 5 minutes to tell me that the fires were not hot yet. So they couldn't cook anything. They didn't do anything fix the situation. The management here needs better training.

Just quick in a pinch food, usually like Burger King but this one the buns either seemed old or burnt? They were tough is all, other than that decent food for in the middle of nowhere, when nothing else is
