Papa Johns Pizza - Dunn

Dunn, North Carolina store.My husband and I don 't eat pizza very often but when we do Papa John 's in Dunn is the only place we order from. I have the app and ordered from that. When we got there to pick up our pizza the lobby was packed with angry people waiting for their orders. We weren 't even greeted. I went to the counter and gave my name because the app stated our order was ready. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude and only said, No, it 's not ready. We 're busy and there 's only 2 of us back here. and walked away. I went back to my car, waited another 5 or 6 minutes and went back in. I asked again if my pizza was ready. She opened the box and asked if there was supposed to be an extra garlic sauce. I told her yes and she said she wasn 't talking to me, she was talking to the gentleman who boxed the pizza.I 've worked in the restaurant before and I understand things can get a little crazy at times but she was truly rude. Rude enough for me to leave this review and I never do that.When we got home, the pizza was barely warm. Disappointing to say the least.

Tried other pizza places previously, but I'm here to stay. Quick, fresh,smiles.

I love Papa John's pizza ? its great pizza. And when I want pizza ? I always go to Papa John's. Just wish there was one in Clinton, NC. Parking: You can park in there parking lot.
