My Rita’s ice was excellently prepared by the wonderful staff. I spoke with scooper named Kenneth and he was extremely polite and well mannered.
Worker named joey kept me entertained while ordering and making a peanut butter milkshake
The customer service was fantastic! A special shoutout to Joey, who was very friendly and made delicious ice cream.
At 8:34 PM, they refused to open the door. One of the staff members simply waved and indicated that they were closed, then turned away. Meanwhile, the neon "OPEN" sign was lit, and the door clearly stated that they close at 9:00 PM.
