San Marcos Mexican And Grill - Dunedin

San Marcos used to be my favorite restaurant, but I have noticed a significant decline in both service and food quality over the past year. It feels like the essence of the place has disappeared, and the servers seem more focused on their online lives than on providing good service to their customers. The last straw for me was when my food was served on cold plates, and the portion sizes were about a fifth of what they used to be. The quality of the food simply wasn't there, and the waiter misremembered my straightforward order, which was frustrating. All these mistakes and preventable errors really take away from the enjoyment of the meal. It's disheartening, as it’s clear that the restaurant is no longer well-managed like it used to be. I used to enjoy making the trip from Caledonia, but now I fear this once-beloved place is becoming just another neglected restaurant. I would recommend finding a better dining option. San Marcos really needs to get its act together; it has become a place to avoid.
