L'oven Pizza & Homemade Deli - Dunedin

So the food was great but I ordered it at 8pm and didn't get the food til basically 10 there was so many orders in front of me and the poor sweet man we running it all his self it was so hot in there he shouldn't be in there doing this work so anybody in the area if u need a job help this poor guy out I couldn't even be mad for waiting so long when I seen him trying his best the young lady could have helped him out delivery driver or not she knows how to do something in the the kitchen...... Guess that's the reason this poor fella is stuck there nobody wants to work... So if u find ur self in this situation just cut him some slack please. He really is a sweet old man!!!!

It took two hours for my pizza and chicken fingers to arrive. Once they finally did come, my food was cold, overcooked and tasteless. The pizza did not have cheese and the toppings included were minimal.I called to report my concerns and the employee that answered the phone was argumentative and attempted to defend the food, he was surly and denied my request for a refund and then hung up on me.Another employee returned my call to apologize for the service. They let me know that was the owner that I had spoken with. I am not someone who leaves negative reviews but I was completely shocked at the quality of the food and service I received.

MUST TRY!!As a local and self proclaimed pizza enthusiast...I have had loven's pizza since I was a kid at their first location, (1995), and I've never found a pizza place that can make pizza like Loven's does!!!

Pretty bummed. Flew back home from a very long day. Called in a small pizza from the airport, over 20 minutes away. Arrive at least 25 minutes minutes later and the older gentleman looks at my pizza, still uncooked and sitting on the counter and says you 've got a while . No apologies, just more of a tough luck for you vibe. No, they were not busy. I was the only one there. We all make mistakes, just tired of lousy customer service. This was my second chance for them after another poor experience about a year ago.

We've been a loyal customer for nearly 4 years. That end today. In recent history, a delivery order was simply lost. A pickup order was simply lost, causing us to come back an hour later to get it. Most recently it was a delivery order where the pizza was burned beyond the point of being edible. I'm all for supportig local businesses. It's actually really good pizza. I'm sorry for the internal family strife and the clearly rough transition between generations. However deliver a quality product or shutter your doors.
