Two Chefs Bistro - Dunedin

Great moods in this restaurant. Loved the music only to play, the friendly wait staff, and the waiting staff uniforms, with the smart shirt and the aprons, very at the point with the vibe. Beautiful old building that was warm and toasty inside. The food was very nice and we had to start the crabs pasta, which was a wonderful treat, especially a dish with a crab. I had the fishhead, and my husband had the Venison, and we shared the vegetable side. Overall it was a nice evening.

We had only one of our best meals in Dunedin at Two Chefs Bistro. Both the food and the service were perfect.

My new favorite restaurant. It has the best cocktails I've ever had, impeccable unobtrusive service, an excellent wine list and all the dishes we've tried so far were delicious. I am comfortable ordering things here I am not 100% safe because they are so well thought out and balanced in taste and texture that I can trust that I like it. Everything on the plate is for a reason and full of taste nothing is there as reflection. The terrine is the best I tasted (I ate a LOT of Terrine). Tempura salmon was perfectly cooked with translucent salmon in the centre. Duck Soup is a highlight. I love the originality of dishes especially when most Dunedin restaurants are all very similar. Love that the chefs are dunedin. I would strongly recommend, however, to implement an online booking system, as some people in these days only book online and go elsewhere if they cannot

Such a fabulous meal we graduate from Wellington for my daughters. Had a very bad experience in Vault 21 where we had booked weeks ago, but were given a table in the middle of a thorough farm and as table of 3 said, were not important two chefs Bistro these dear people who were us in a short time and OMG amazing food French Bistro style. The best oysters we had them tempura style so creamy and tasty, steak stunning, the vege spinach scarf stunning and the desserts were really sensational . would come back into a heart just hit stunning!!!! YUM. We have had exceptional service and the best food ever. We will definitely thank you again for feeling special: fabulous night!
