The Kensington

I hadn't visited this restaurant in years, but I used to come here often. The service is excellent and very friendly. We arrived just before noon on a Saturday, and I was surprised by how quiet it was—there was only one other customer, with a few people coming in casually later on. The food was delicious, and I would definitely return.

The restaurant has a very "local" vibe. It’s not really my style, but the prices are reasonable, the drink selection is impressive, and the food is generally decent. The burger, with its branded bun, looks appealing; however, it contains what seems to be a frozen patty that falls short of expectations. There are large screens all around, making it a great spot for watching sports.

The lady who took my order was lovely and patient, let me take my time to decide, and food was at the table in a timely manner. Food tasted good. Had the gf option of roast for lunch (DID NOT REACT). Good experience all round
