As a family new to the area we thought we would try our local takeaway.....bad mistake......chow mean, sweet and sour chicken, Mongolian chicken....absolutely tasteless

After a beer in the Boars Rock nothing like a Pearl of Hong Kong carry out, good banter while you wait, great choice of food and a speedy service.

This carry out restaurant has an amazing menu and a lot of special deals.we ordered by phone and it was here before you could say already

I ordered a chicken sweet and sour dish which was advertised as coming with rice. When I received my order it had no rice so I called them to be told it doesn't come with rice but I can buy one. joke of a place

I thought I would try them again as it had been a few years. The squid was cremated...so crusty and chewy it was awful. The chips were undercooked...curry taste very wrong. I know they change flavors now and again but honestly it was bad. The order arrived within 20 minutes. I would have been happy to wait an hour for decent food. Don't ever use this place.
