Istanbul Kebab House - Dundee

No, no, no, no, no, don't come back here. exceptionally expensive. the place looks like a landfill..food mediocre...Customer service was hard missing..like they did one like me! .no how their mere offers reflect the exorbitant prices. large lamb kebab £12.90. chips £3,50 frozen, but not too bad. i am traumatize go somewhere else.

Extremely rude for customers. empty loading, aggressive placement of employees. for a student £7.50 for a not very nice kebab, chips drink. does not accept american express (approved machine it says) then personal upset by this. avoid it!

After a couple of pints. I went for a kebab to this place. Normally a chicken kebab is big chunks of chicken breast cooked on a skewer with delicious spices. Not at this place. Tiny shavings of what can only be described as CHICKEN ARSE, cunningly hidden underneath a mountain of warm salad. Inedible. Basically, I spent around £9 on a pita bread. If you want a decent feed, avoid this place at all costs. If you don’t mind greasy chicken arse and expensive pita. Fill your boots. Gross man. Absolutely gross.

Had an absolutely horrible experience yesterday with this place. The old man that works there was incredibly rude, accusing my friend of not being a student (he had a student card to prove it), then when he tried to pay by Amex (the card machine had an amex symbol) they became angry and patronising. We decided to leave but they refused to give a refund, instead giving us what was ordered (with a horrible attitude). Absolutely unacceptable. AVOID.

Very rude service, when my card was declined at first he kept saying “no money, no money” then was able to use contactless. No apology, nothing. I’ve been here a lot over the years but will not return from this
