The worst customer service ever! they do not even deserve 1 star. I wouldn't recommend this KFC to anyone. Firstly, we were told we can't use a voucher if paying with cash, absolute nonsense! Secondly, she did not want us to cancel the transaction, in brief, we were forced to continue with the payment. They were disrespectful, and rude not to mention disgusting attitude.
