Dairy Queen Dundee

We arrived 550pm. We were told lobby closes at 6pm and all orders were for carryout only, not what we planned as I wanted ice cream after our dinner food. Manager was dealing with a catastrophe at drive thru, the pop machine exploded so then cash only at drivethru which doesn't make sense when you could run payments at the front register. Posted hours on the door are confusing, written in black marker lobby closes at 6pm seemed like it was only for Sundays not the other days of the week. It's a 20 minute drive to go to DQ and we expected to sit down and enjoy a meal, we ended up leaving.

We visited this restaurant last weekend with our entire family. Whenever we go on vacation, it's our go-to place for delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend this establishment, and the staff treated our children wonderfully. It's a five-star experience for the entire team!

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The BBQ and ice were incredibly tasty, and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the smallest hot fudge sundae on Sunday. They informed me that whipped cream would cost an extra 70 cents and if I wanted to add a cherry on top, that would be another 70 cents. That's $1.40 on top of the sundae price! What’s going on? I’m not willing to pay that.

My wife got the chicken strips and I got the spicy hamburger the chicken strips are good hamburger was very cut but I must say the restaurant was clean and the young woman waiting for us was very polite
