Fourteen Below - Dundalk

During our stay at the hotel to attend a nearby wedding, we dined at this restaurant twice. Despite being busy, the atmosphere was pleasant, the staff were friendly, and the service was efficient. The food consisted of typical pub fare, which was prepared well and served nicely.

I visited fourteen below to catch up with a friend. The restaurant has a lovely ambience the menu has a great variety and the food was impeccable. We were served by an amazing waiter Jessica who made the experience all it was. Definitely going to become a go to spot of ours.

The Crown Plaza has very pleasant/efficient staff, but the tables are NOT CLEAN. My wife and I went there for lunch and had coffee beforehand (had to wait for lunchtime). The coffees were served by a very pleasant young lady, but the dirt on the table leg was cleary ot cleaned for a very long time. we left immediately

Had a very nice carvery here with my family on Sunday. The food was delicious plenty of it. I had the turkey and I couldn't fault it. We arrived at 2 and it was very busy but we got a table easy enough. The one thing that stood out were the staff. About 3 ladies came over to the table to make sure we were alright and had everything we needed before we ate. The chefs, Benny Mikey, were extremely friendly helpful in recommending choices. The kids had fish chips which they devoured. We will be back soon.

Hotel is nice, but I’m very disappointed as I was spoken to very rudely by a girl called Teresa working in the bar. I have worked in a hotel bar for 3 years and would never speak to a customer in that manner.
