Drove 30 mins to come for dinner but happy cow times were wrong and it was closed, disappointed but owner gave us some date slices to keep us going (delicious). Came back the next day and so worth the drive, pizza is delicious
Delighted to find this hidden gem from this app when visiting nearby Carlingford. We stopped on the way home on a sunny evening and sat outside. I rang but they said no reservations required. The pizzas were amazing, really fresh and crispy. The kombucha and homemade dessert bar were lovely too. My non-veg other half really enjoyed it. I would return!
Menu is totally vegan. Great food and friendly staff. Cosy premises and provide a takeaway option
My previous review is below. Currently, the restaurant is open from 10 AM to 6 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, and you can enjoy your meal in the beautiful, spacious gardens. Several tables have overhead protection. The quality of the food is remarkable. I had the Hawaiian pizza and the Guinness cake, both of which were delicious. Even the carnivores in our group were pleasantly surprised and expressed a desire to return. They tried the pizza, burger, chocolate ginger mousse, avocado toast salad, Guinness cake, and strawberry cake. The Buddha bowl, as well as the carrot, turmeric, and ginger juice, were also well received. No complaints here—I will definitely be back, possibly even for Sunday morning yoga. Check their Facebook page for updates. Now for an updated review: I hadn't tried this place before, even though it was one of the closest vegan options, because I thought it mainly served pizza and wasn't sure about the hours. I was completely wrong! We visited on a Friday night after checking their Facebook page, where we reserved a table via Messenger. The online menu looked amazing, and it felt like an adventurous journey through the dark and rain. It was as if we had stumbled upon a well-kept secret on the coast, leading down a dark lane to a cozy, candlelit dining room. The atmosphere was very welcoming and beautiful. There were three starter options, four main courses, and two desserts. We decided to try two starters, and everything was delicious. I left feeling truly satisfied! They serve wine and accept credit cards. It seems they are open on Friday and Saturday nights. I think they are doing everything from scratch. This is an update to my previous review from February 21, 2020.
