Subway - Duncan

Subway varies depending on the location. The last few times I've come to the Duncan location I have been very happy. Good service, great work ethic, polite and my sandwich comes out the exact way i picture it before ordering. I wish all locations were as good as this one.

Customer service at this location was great however the bread was a bit dry and stale that day but I was hungry enough I didn't make any issue of it...

I have visited this restaurant location occasionally and have always had a positive experience with the staff. They are friendly and quick, always giving me enough of whatever I ask for, even when I request extra. The lines move quickly during busy times, and any delays are typically caused by customers who are not paying attention.

The daytime manager at this restaurant is simply fantastic. A few weeks ago, we had a terrible experience with an online order, but today Rupi went out of her way to make it right for us. She provided excellent customer service and showed kindness and care. Thank you, Rupi!

I am very impressed with the customer service at this restaurant. Even though it is a fast-pace type of establishment, they do not rush you and go above and beyond by providing suggestions to enhance your meal. It is clear that the management has hired a friendly staff who treat customers with care. I have been to other Subways where the service is impersonal and rushed, but here the staff is courteous and attentive. My husband and I will definitely be returning to this restaurant again and again.
