Hachi Express - Duncan

Terrible customer service. Called to place an order and had to repeat my order a total of 5 times……and the lady still didn’t understand me. Called back to speak with a manager, and I got hung up on………I have been a loyal customer here and have been going here for years, but the past couple of months, the customer service has been terrible.

This place is very relaxing and the food is so good I always get the steak and jumbo shrimp plate spicy with Zucchini and the lady's here speak English and Spanish and are very nice

Food and service are consistently great. The decor is nice but my husband and I live close and prefer takeout.

We come here at least once a week and get our usual steak and chicken with no mushrooms. And every single time, it is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place!
