Subway - Dumfries

This is the first time I've visited since they hired that female soccer player from the US national team, the one who honored our flag during the Olympics. After they let her go, I decided to come back. I was pleasantly surprised to find that she reintroduced Bratbeef, which means the club is back to its former glory. The staff was very friendly, and my sandwich was fantastic.

I recently ordered from this restaurant, and it was fantastic! This place truly deserves a 5-star rating. My daughter even mentioned that we should give it 5 stars in our review because she loves Subway!

They informed us that we would need to wait 20 minutes for assistance, even though we were the only customers in the place, due to a large catering order they had. This was disappointing customer service.

Delicious food and ever-increasingly speedy service made for a seamless experience. I will definitely return!

My family and I stopped by after church on Sunday. I ordered subs to go when we left the state, but once we hit the road, I discovered that my sandwich had NO MEAT! I understood it was just a mistake. On Monday, I sent an email to the store about it but didn’t hear back until Thursday. I called the company’s office and was told that the store would reach out to me within 72 hours. Now it's been four days, and I still haven't received a response. This is classic franchise customer service. We will never return to this location again, and whenever Subway comes up in conversation, I will make sure to share this experience.
