Domino's Pizza - Dumfries

I've been ordering from this restaurant for years and consistently have a great experience. While I have already left a Google rating, I feel it’s worth mentioning again that they continue to do an exceptional job. Even on days when it took more than half an hour to receive my pizza, it always arrived hot and well-prepared. The delivery drivers have always been pleasant as well. Thank you for feeding my family all these years!

This review is dedicated to the employees who worked at the restaurant on Friday, May 6th. If I were in a corporate or management position, I would recommend giving every staff member on-site a bonus. There was an issue with the Domino's ordering system, causing a surge of orders and confusion among customers regarding pick-up times. I want to commend the management team and the company for having such a resilient staff. Every employee I encountered was helpful, friendly, and understanding, handling the stressful situation remarkably well.

I give Dominos 5, especially if Eduardo makes our pizza! Since they have so large vouchers, we can order at least once a week. So you met us pretty well. You take care of our pizza orders! I want to be fair in my review and note that my experience was frustrating. After placing my online order, it took over 45 minutes before the order even began processing. I was tracking it the whole time, and it felt like nothing was happening during that wait. To make matters worse, the delivery took an additional 45 minutes once it was finally on its way. The main reason for my review, however, is that I reached out to Domino's with my concerns, as they requested feedback, but I never received a response. Not even a simple acknowledgment or an apology for the delay. While the delivery drivers have always been polite and usually on time, I believe the management could benefit from some training to improve customer service.
