California Tortilla Dumfries

A day to lunch. Two employees at the time, but one appeared new. I enjoyed my chicken shell and will return. Clean. Store will be released at the beginning. Parking can be crazy, as it's a little tight with all the shops. The food was good.

Terrible experience. Workers began to make two shells for us without asking what we wanted. We told him we needed a minute to bring rice to the bowls. We told him we wanted a queen and a burrito. He told us we ordered two bowls? So confused and wonder why he told us that we ordered a bowl when we didn't. He pretended we were wrong. My husband reluctantly took a bowl because the rice was already in it and did not want the rice to be thrown away. He asked for steak, but the worker started to put the chicken in it. We came to have a simple meal that is usually prefabricated and had the worst experience. My Quesadilla came from water and inedible (see pictures). We both didn't finish our meals because it was terrible. While we eat, the worker continued to take a call on his personal phone while he went around the food and spoke very loud. We usually do not write reviews, but please avoid this place. There are many better choices in the Plaza (what we regret not to go).

The worst! I have placed my order via Turkish and then called to confirm. When I delivered, I discovered that they filled my order and gave me cheese and chips, the turkey chili and other toppings completely missing. When I called back to inform them, they wouldn't answer the phone. After several attempts someone answered? Hello? and I asked if this was a place of business and suspended it.

Workers Wearing headphones and not listening, and the food is atrocious. For example the ?steak? in my burrito I had to pull out every piece and throw it in the trash because it felt like I was eating rubber. Single-handedly the worst food I?ve ever received from a restaurant. The only reason it?s 2 stars in stead of 1 is because there one absolutely no one else in there and I didn?t have to wait.

Went for the soft re-opening . Everyone there was super nice and helpful. The restaurant was clean. Food tasted good (good seasoning, not overcooked) but everything was cold within minutes of ordering and sitting down to eat .
